This "Continuing" Hatha yoga class is an extension to developing a stable and regular practice in yoga asana. In this class we advance into many varieties of asana - classes may include working toward and into inversions, including breath and specific pranayama techniques, as well as mudra, mantra and kriyas. With excellent guidance from a highly skilled teacher your practice will deepen at a level that you are comfortable with and be met right where you're right are.
Not recommended for beginners or people with less than 1 year of experience in yoga asana.
