Continuing Hatha

This "Continuing" Hatha yoga class is an extension to developing a stable and regular practice in yoga asana. In this class we advance into many varieties of asana - classes may include working toward and into inversions, including breath and specific pranayama techniques, as well as mudra, mantra and kriyas. With excellent guidance from a highly skilled teacher your practice will deepen at a level that you are comfortable with and be met right where you're right are.

Stretch for Life

A grounding and nourishing pratice designed to strenghten, open and realign the body while supporting nervous system ease. This class works by increasing the vibrance of your electromagnetic field and calming the body so your natural light can shine more fully. It's a practice for resilience, radiance and well-being in daily life.

Hanna Somatics Movement

This class is a mindful and therapeutic practice designed to help individuals release chronic pain, stress, and tension while promoting overall well-being and deep relaxation.

Combining elements of sound therapy, traditional yoga with somatic education this class emphasizes slow, gentle movements that downshift the brainwaves, support vagus nerve regulation, and help optimize muscle function and alignment. Pain Care Aware principles are interwoven throughout the class making this a safe option for anyone with ongoing or chronic pain to cultivate self efficacy and greater bodily discernment.
This class typically involves a series of gentle, flowing movements and rest, designed to increase body awareness, enhance flexibility, and improve coordination. These movements are often performed lying down, sitting, or standing, making them accessible to people of all ages and physical abilities. Added sound healing using tuning forks, crystal singing bowls and Himalayan bowls will help to bring harmony on a cellular frequency, which promote rest and digest mode, bring deep relaxation, a reset for mind-body equilibrium.

Each 90-minute session blends Ohm Therapeutics™️, sound therapy, Hanna Somatics, Reiki, breathwork, and mindful movement-all designed to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, and restore balance.

No experience required-just an open heart and willingness to explore. You'll leave with practical self-care tools to enhance clarity, ease, posture, sleep and overall well-being.

Embodied Flow is a Somatic Movement practice heavily rooted in music. In this women’s only class, we’re guided by the playlist and lead into Alpha and Theta brain waves, allowing us to drop out of our minds and into our bodies. We move intuitively, honouring what feels good to our bodies in the moment - leaving our practice feeling light, invigorated, and grounded in our unique energy.

Sleep Sound Bath Series

Sink into deep rest with this multi-session sound bath series designed to release stress, ease muscle tension, and prepare your mind and body for restorative sleep. Over consecutive weekly sessions, you'll experience soothing vibrations from gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes and more. Enhanced with gentle and meditation and chakra balancing.

What to expect:

  • 60-75 minutes in a serene, candlelit space
  • Abundant props provided (mats, blankets, cushions, chairs)
  • Essential oil spritz or roll-on for relaxation
  • Guided sleep meditation, mantra, or visualization each week
  • Closing with grounding movement and breath to prepare for sleep
