This All-Level Flow class invites you to connect with your breath, build mindful movement patterns, and explore new ways of being in your body. Each session blends gentle warm-ups, accessible sequences, and opportunities to build heat-offering the perfect balance of calm and energy.

Rooted in breath awareness and foundational principles of yoga, this class is designed to reduce stress and tension, increase mobility, and support your overall well-being.
