All Level Vinyasa

Link movement with breath in this steady paced 60 minute vinyasa class with Marna.

This class guides you through a vinyasa sequence linked to breath with a focus to increase strength and flexibility, develop greater balance and focus on core stability, as well as including back-bending, side bending and twists and binds. Each class will have the same layout but just switch up the moves.
