All Level Vinyasa (75 Minutes)

This energizing All-Level Vinyasa class invites you to move with intention, strength and fluidity. Each session blends breath with movement in a steady-paced flow designed to build heat, increase flexibility and support great balance, core strength and focus.

Whether you are starting your week with grounding breath work or moving through empowering sequences of twists, backbends and binds, this class offers a full-spectrum vinyasa experience-from meditative and rejuvenating to dynamic and empowering.

With consistent structure and ever-evolving movement, this class supports both new and experienced students cultivating presence, vitality and ease.
