BS (blissful sleep) Sound Bath

Step into a serene, candlelit space and let the gentle vibrations of sound transport you to a state of deep relaxation. This one-hour group sound healing journey is designed to soothe your nervous system, quiet the mind, and restore inner balance.

Upon arrival, settle into a cozy position using our selection of props, cushions, and chairs. Feel free to bring your favourite blanket or pillow from home for added comfort. While Jolie will be available to assist with your setup, this time is yours to create a space that feels nurturing and supportive.

As the sound bath begins, you’ll be immersed in the resonant tones of Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, and other therapeutic instruments. The vibrations work gently to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and invite a meditative state. With minimal guidance, this experience encourages you to simply receive and relax.

This session is a perfect introduction to the healing benefits of sound therapy and is suitable for all levels. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, deeper rest, or a moment of stillness, blissful sounds offers a rejuvenating pause from the demands of daily life and will lead you to better sleep and perhaps even Blissful Sleep! t’s also an ideal way to explore sound healing before diving into Jolie’s longer sound and somatic workshops.
