In this 30-minute mid-day meditation class, Yoga therapist Mackenzie gently leads you on a journey of self-connection, using guided visualizations, calming body scans, and energetic chakra meditations. Each session offers a nurturing space to soften, release, and listen deeply.

Whether you imagine resting in a serene landscape, visualize setting down the burdens of the mind, or exploring the subtle energies within, this practice is designed to soothe your nervous system, cultivate inner safety, and restore a sense of balance.
