
We will be using the sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a warm room, inspired by Hot Yoga. The warmth helps warm the muscles, which can improve flexibility, joint mobility, and range of motion all while reducing the risk of injury. The consistent order builds strength, balance, and posture, while controlled breathing supports cardiovascular health. Many practitioners also report benefits for stress reduction, focus, and mental resilience, as the practice encourages mindfulness under physical challenge.
**Our studio will be warm, but not to the temperature of traditional Hot Yoga studios.
