Yang/Yin

In this Yang/Yin style class, Jessica offers a mindful lunar quality of breath awareness and asana flow to help you find your zen space. This class starts with a breath and movement moving meditation which instills students into greater embodiment before calming into Yin shapes leading toward greater inner peace and deeper stillness.
