Yin (60 Minutes)

Yin yoga is a quiet, meditative practice designed to nourish the body's deep connective tissues-ligaments, joints, fascia and bones- through long-held, supported postures. This all-levels class offers a gentle yet powerful opportunity to slow down, release tension, and restore energetic balance.

With an emphasis on breath awareness and mindfulness, Yin supports the nervous system, promotes flexibility, and encourages emotional release. Whether you are easing into your day or taking a mindful pause at midday, this practice invites stillness, spaciousness and deep inner connection.
