Yin & Restore

Unwind, release, and restore with this calming one-hour practice that blends the deep stretch of Yin yoga with the nurturing support of Restorative postures. Whether you're joining midweek or easing into your Sunday evening with our rotating roster of teachers, each class offers a unique opportunity to reset your body and mind.

Yin Restore begins with grounding breathwork and a few moments of mindfulness to help you settle into stillness. Postures are held for 4 minutes or more, gently targeting deeper connective tissues like ligaments, joints, fascia, and bones. These longer holds encourage the release of gripping and bracing patterns, helping improve flexibility, reduce inflammation, and promote lasting mobility.

Throughout the practice, guided relaxation, breathwork options, and gentle intention setting help calm the nervous system and deepen your connection to the present moment. Whether you're looking to recover, de-stress, or simply find some stillness, Yin Restore invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.
