Yin with Dawn

Dawn's Yin Yoga classes offer a deeply meditative and healing practice, focusing on long-held postures to release tension, enhance flexibility, and restore energetic balance. I weave in insights from energy medicine, quantum physics, and psycho-neuro-immunology, allowing each class to be intuitively guided by the unique needs of the students present. Through breath awareness and mindfulness, this practice supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep inner connection.
