Yoga Therapy For Big Feelings

Join Mackenzie in shedding the layers of the day in her Yoga Therapy For Big Feelings class.

Mackenzie will guide you in gentle, supportive asana, meditation and pranayama, leaving space for curiosity and allowing space for all emotions and feelings to be accepted, meeting you right where you are.

In this class, you'll explore the holistic practice of yoga, and invite awareness to the subtle layers of your experience. Weaving yoga philosophy and yoga therapy practices/techniques, we will arrive on our mats as students first, and journey inward to greater self love and compassion.

Compassion, openness and ease are the foundation of this class, and it is Mackenzie's intention to offer a class expertly held and guided - where you can explore what your personal practice looks like while being reminded of the power in Self love and acknowledgement of your wholeness.
