Yoga Therapy with Julie *VIRTUAL

A personal sanctuary of healing and the pure joy of simple movement practice through yoga therapy. We focus on nervous system down regulation and learning to listen and communicate clearly within our bodies. This can be felt physically, emotionally, spiritually, energetically, cognitively and many other various descriptions that each individual will "feel what they feel". Julie will guide and teach you to feel the communication from the nervous system to optimize your simple movements in a way that is supportive to your daily needs.
