This is a baby and me class, emphasis on ME, designed to help moms heal and regain strength using yoga asana while cultivating a loving connection with baby. Even though the class has specific modifications for postnatal parents, both are welcome enabeling families to leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
This course provides a family support, to ensure you are not alone and are able to connect to people in similar phases of their lives. Take time for you.
