Exhale: A Restorative Yoga Workshop
with Tina Pringle

The antidote to stress is deep rest. Take a moment to slow down, soften, and reconnect. This 2-hour restorative workship is designed to gently guide you into a space of deep relaxation and healing.

We will begin with gentle movement and/pr self-massage techniques to release surface tension and invite a sense of ease. From there, we will gradually transition into stillness, moving through a series of long-held, fully supported restorative poses.

With the help of props, individual adjustments, guided meditation and breath work, you will be encouraged to surrender into each shape, allowing your body and mind to deeply rest. This practice soothes the nervous system, melts away stress, and supports overall well-being.

No yoga experience is needed-this workshop is open to all. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, nourished, and recharged.
