Yoga Nidra: Deep Rest & Inner Awareness
Experience the profound relaxation of Yoga Nidra Meditation, also known as "yogic sleep". In this hour long class we begin with gentle movement to unwind tension in the body. You will then be guided to set up your yoga nidra nest and lie down making yourself supremely comfortable. Once in a restful position you will be guided to systematically relax the body and calm the mind entering a state of deep rest while remaining gently aware.
Open to all levels-no prior yoga or meditation experience needed.
