Gentle, supportive asana, guided meditation and pranayama, and space for curiosity In this class, we explore the holistic practice of yoga, and invite awareness to the subtle layers of our experience. Weaving yoga philosophy and therapeutic practice, we will arrive on our mats as students first, and journeying inward with our evolving monthly theme. Compassion, openness and ease are the foundation of this class, and it is my intention to hold a space where you can explore what your personal practice looks like, with the intention of flowing back to the Self, and the sensation of wholeness.
