Sleep Sound Bath Series
This is an event series

Sink into deep rest with this multi-session sound bath series designed to release stress, ease muscle tension, and prepare your mind and body for restorative sleep. Over consecutive weekly sessions, you'll experience soothing vibrations from gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes and more. Enhanced with gentle and meditation and chakra balancing.

What to expect:

  • 60-75 minutes in a serene, candlelit space
  • Abundant props provided (mats, blankets, cushions, chairs)
  • Essential oil spritz or roll-on for relaxation
  • Guided sleep meditation, mantra, or visualization each week
  • Closing with grounding movement and breath to prepare for sleep

Sound therapy supports stress relief, pain release, emotional balance, and deep nervous system regulation-like a sonic massage for body, mind and spirit. No experience needed, just wear comfy layer, arrive early and bring water or tea.
