Rest & Reflect

As the world rushes toward resolutions and reinventions, join us for an evening of gentle reflection, rest, and remembrance of who you already are.

With guided meditation, journaling, and somatic yoga practice, we will release the pressure to become a "new you" overnight and honour the quiet intention of the winter season-rest and integration. We will have tea for those that would like some and then begin with a 15 minute guided reflection. Cultivating a feeling of being enough exactly as you are. For those who are interested, a moment to journal/write a letter to yourself! And then begin a 1 hour(ish) yoga class.

Step into the new year: rooted, rested, and you.

Please bring:

*A journal if you wish

*A favourite mug for tea

*Cash donations are welcome and all proceeds will go to Operation Freedom Paws
