Dennyse/uBlossom meditation classes guide you to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming space to cultivate awareness, inner peace, and self-regulation.
Each virtual session begins with gentle relaxation techniques to help you settle , centre and find a comfortable seat. From there, we explore a short guided meditation supported by meaningful themes such as self-love, gratitude, and intention setting. We then transition into 8–10 minutes of silent meditation, with practical tips and tools to support your ongoing practice.
Whether you're new to meditation or deepening your journey, these classes are designed to help you build a practice rooted in ease, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
