Move Into Meditation

This practice meets you where you are and gently guides you inward. Through mindful movement, we reconnect with the body's natural rhythm-awakening flow, and easing tension. As we settle into meditation, we rest into stillness and embodied clarity, supporting the nervous system and cultivating a steady sense of wholeness and ease.
